Happy Sunday beauties! Today’s just going to be a little outfit rundown of some of my favourite new-in pieces right now. If you follow me over on insta then you might recognise this pink jumper. I think I wore it 3 days in a row when I first got it (totally acceptable?!) so needless to say it’s made it’s way onto the ‘gram a fair few times already. And you guys seem to be loving it just as much as I am! The link is just a bit further down in this post if you’ve decided you need it in your life.
I don’t own anything from Acne, but I imagine that this & Other Stories jumper is pretty darn close to that gorgeous Acne pink shade that we all know and love. And can we talk about the balloon sleeves?!
I didn’t anticipate quite how frosty this day was going to be when I decided on my outfit in the morning. Let’s just say I spent the whole day very cold. Apparently bare ankles and zero degree weather isn’t a good combo, who knew.
Anyway, unwise sartorial/weather pairing aside, I loved this outfit. It was a bit of an usual one for me, being a bit more preppy and put together than what I would usually wear, but I hope the raw hem denim and leather jacket bought a bit of edge back into to the look.
You know that thing that you keep reaching for when you’re getting dressed, only to realise you don’t own it? Lately for me, that’s been flat shoes that aren’t trainers. I finally decided to do something about it and found these loafers, which I adore. I mean, they ripped the back of my heels to shreds the first time I wore them, but they look cute so that’s the main thing right?
And finally the jeans. I’ve heard about Topshop’s Jamie jeans for years. They seem to be everyone’s favourite denim. I finally took the plunge and now I understand why! I find Joni jeans just a little too high waisted for me lately, but Jamie jeans sit at the perfect height. And they have pockets on the front! Albeit not very deep ones, but it’s a plus all the same. I’m sure you already own some but if you don’t then next time you’re looking for some jeans you know what to do!
